| San Diego – 10 - December 2003 Leasing Innovations Incorporated was recognized as a Finalist in the San Diego Better Business Bureau Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics. The awards luncheon was held on December 2, 2003 at the San Diego Convention Center.
The Torch Award is presented to companies “in recognition of their outstanding commitment to exceptional standards in relationships to their consumers, employees, suppliers, competitors, shareholders, and surrounding communities.” According to Gerry Wilson, San Diego Better Business Bureau President, “Each honoree exemplifies that adhering to a fair and honorable marketplace gives a company a competitive advantage, and that Better Business Bureau ethical standards are the hallmark of a successful, competitive company.”
Leasing Innovations Incorporated (LII), a woman owned company, was founded by Heather G. Fritz in 1992, with offices in Boston and San Diego, and provides equipment-financing services nationally.
